With formal qualifications in HR Management and Psychology, along with over 18 years of real business and people experience under my belt so far, I embark on the next step in my journey to realise this vision.

I’m actively involved in community projects, applying my people knowledge and expertise for societal benefits, and as a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development I ensure that my approach remains topical and on point.
